Our business is focused exclusively on the Lompoc Valley market. We believe our clients benefit from working with full-time agents who live in and know the Lompoc market, and who don't divert their time and energy working in other areas. We know quality professional Realtors in many markets, and we are always happy to provide referrals for our clients with needs outside our market.
Dennis is a U.S. Air Force veteran whose background features 18 years of customer service and support in computers and aerospace. His analytical and problem solving skills are invaluable in the course of a transaction. He is a certified Prudential Relocation Specialist. Dennis serves as President-Elect of the Lompoc Valley Association of Realtors (LVAOR) and also chairs the MLS Committee. He was recognized by his peers as the 2007 LVAOR Rookie of the Year.
Diane comes from a background in corporate purchasing for electronics and aerospace companies. Her organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail keep everything on track and flowing smoothly for our clients. Diane chairs the LVAOR Education Committee and has been a very active member of the Realtors for Life team, helping to raise tens of thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event. Diane has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation from the Distressed Property Institute. This better allows her to service our clients who are facing the challenge of a short sale. She is also a certified Prudential Relocation Specialist.
Many businesses have a mission statement. They put a lot of time and energy into distilling their values and the essence of what they do into a sentence or two, often filled with the buzzwords of the week. We don't have a mission statement. We just have a mission: Provide first class professional service and advice.
